The Fone Clinic is one of the major scams in the UK. They are a mobile repair company as their name suggests but they make you pay double of the price of your phone before they repair it. The way they work is, they will will delay your order for weeks and months and if you want to contact them you will end up with emptying your account. They have an email address which never works which leaves you with only one option and that is to ring their number 08712224250 which costs a fortune to ring. So you send your phone to them and then you'are stuck You will end up with ringing them everyday. They have one of the poorest imaginable customer service. I don't know whether it is appropriate to call this 'customer service', it is more of 'customer nuisance'. If you are victim of Fone Clinic's scam, please leve your feedback on this page.

I dropped my iPhone and smashed the screen, I rung to make a claim and had to send email of pop about 10 times cos it wasn't received! I sent my phone paid £25 excess received phone back screen repaired however 2 days later middle button wouldn't press in and screen was coming away from phone!! Rung up and had to return to the phone clinc another company they use to repair the Phones only to be told it had further damage to the phone due to the home button not working and told me I would need to pay another £50 excess!!! What a joke they broke my phone and expect me to pay, rung back to insurance but they didn't care pay up or don't get phone back Poor poor poor customer service i feel like I've been conned!!!
"NOT EVEN WORTH THE ONE STAR!" "MONEY FOR OLD ROPE!!" I have given them 1 star because I had too!! I have been without a phone for some 12 weeks, I call every day to find out what seems to be the hold up and just get some silly girl called "Amy" say I'll call you back in half an hour and never does! If I had a pound every time she has said it, i'd be a wealthy man! Also, before I sent the phone off, I had to wait 2 weeks for them claim to be accepted as my mobile phone contract with all the details on it wasn't acceptable proof that the Iphone was mine! T-mobile had to write them a letter which took the time.
